Terms of Service
Pricing:
We cannot guarantee that our estimate is the final price, as it can be extremely difficult or impossible to predict every issue that a device might have before work is complete. Estimates may change while servicing your device. Any change in our estimate will be discussed and approved by you before we continue servicing your device. There is a $40 bench fee for any device that we put work into. This includes devices deemed not cost effective to fix, or devices that you decide for us not to repair. The bench fee is usually waived if you agree to go through with the repair.
Replacement Parts:
If a service requires a parts order to complete, we will inform you before we order the part. If you approve the part order, we will estimate the delivery time. As shipping time is beyond our control, the delivery time is only an estimate, and is not guaranteed.
Warranty:
We offer a 1-year warranty on all repairs, unless otherwise specified. Our warranty covers the parts we use unless otherwise specified. If any issues arise within the warranty period, you will be responsible for shipping or dropping off your device to us. We will cover return shipping if your device qualifies for a warranty repair. If we cannot repair your warranty issue, we will refund you the amount for the initial service. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not offer warranties on any of the following:

Services using parts that were not purchased by Koroski Repair LLC,

Software issues,

Issues unrelated to the service performed by Koroski Repair LLC.
User damage or negligence including, but not limited to: drops, crushing, exposure to extreme temperature, liquid damage, electrical damage, technician damage, and damage caused through installation or use of harmful software components will void your warranty with Koroski Repair LLC.
Some services we perform may void your manufacturer's warranty. By accepting our service, you understand and agree to not hold Koroski Repair LLC liable for any issues which may void your device’s manufacturer warranty.
Data:
While we try our best to make sure the integrity of your data is unaffected, Koroski Repair LLC assumes no responsibility for the security or safety of your data. We cannot predict what may happen in every situation, and highly recommend that you backup your data before sending any device to us.
Payment:
Payment is due within 14 days after the repair is completed. If payment is not received after 14 days, you may be charged a late payment fee. If you have not paid after 60 days of the first notification that repair of your device has been completed or your device cannot be repaired/was not approved for repair, your device will be considered abandoned, and will be used for parts or sold to cover repair and storage costs. If you have not arranged delivery/pickup of your device after 60 days of receipt of payment, your device will be considered abandoned, and will be used for parts or sold to cover repair and storage costs.
Return Shipping:
Your device will be shipped back to you using the shipping instructions you provide on the mail-in form. Koroski Repair LLC assumes no responsibility for damages caused by shipping. Devices not shipped in their original packaging may have a higher risk of damage during shipping. We will ship your device back to you in the same way that it was sent to us. There is a return shipping charge of $10 for standard items to any address in the State of Maine. Larger and/or heavier devices may be charged an additional fee. We may charge an additional fee for addresses outside the State of Maine. If your device is not serviceable/fixable, or you choose not to have your device repaired by us, you will have the option to either pay a return shipping fee or to have your device recycled.
